Go for a clinical breast examination once a year

Go for a mammogram screening once a year

Do breast self-examination (BSE) once every month

Go for a clinical breast examination once a year

Go for a mammogram screening once in 2 years

Encourage the women around me to do a monthly breast self-examination and go for mammogram screening yearly if they are 40 and above

Start talking openly about breast health and support and take better care of the women in my life before it is too late
