The primary stage is when we consider women to be in peak health. This is a crucial stage to reduce the risk of breast cancer before it has a chance to happen. Here are some ways to maintain a healthy lifestyle.

Even modest drinking is associated with an increased risk of breast cancer.1

Maintain a healthy weight
